Lucille studied Performing Arts from the age of 8 at Redroofs Theatre School where her creative talent began.
She studied Art and Design at Brighton City College before specialing in make-up and wigs at GreasePaint, London and the Wig Academy. For the last 15 years, Lucille has worked at the prestigious Glyndebourne Opera House as a senior make-up artist. Not only is Glyndebourne a live performance house but aslo films Live HD Operas direct to cinema around the globe. In 2018 Sky Arts and Factory Films recorded The Glyndebourne Opera Cup. Lucille was the make-up artist to presenters Danielle De Neise and Chris Addison.
Lucille has branched out to other areas for make-up in the music industry such as music videos and press shoots for Moby, Crazy P, South Central, Cagedbaby, Laura Vane and the Vipertones, Nordic Giants, Enzo Siffredi, Bella Barton and The Long Blondes. Photographers include, Peter Ashworth, Vincent Starr, James Bellorin, John Farrar and Sorcha Bridge.
TV, Commercials and Films - Art department assistant for Sky Arts The Nightmare Words of H.G. Wells. Cheif hair/make-up artist and art department for I Need House music commercial, hair and make-up artist for Deezer commercial, make-up artist for Electric Hair London at Salon International, hair and make-up artist for Master Chef, prosthetics special effects and wig dressing on Harry Potter HP7 Part 2 for Warner Brothers. In 2018 she was on the design team for the Phileas Fogg World of Adventures, where she designed concepts and games for multiple escape rooms.
Over the last 6 years Lucille has developed her skills in props. Managing the Art Department for Loaded TV and Film, assisting Jamie McCartney in his Brighton Body Casting studio and working on film art department with Ian Zawadzki at Shepperton Studio and CraftWork Projects. Lucille has made props and displays for clients such as Holland and Barrett, All Saints, Gant, Sky kids and Beano.
